You must be 18 or over and able to form a binding contract.
Zaqii helps you organise life admin. It provides information and organisation tools only — it is not legal, financial, medical, tax or investment advice.
Provide accurate information; keep your login secure. You're responsible for decisions and actions you take. The app may suggest or draft, but you approve and execute all payments, messages, bookings, listings and submissions. Don't misuse the app, upload unlawful content, or infringe others' rights.
Outputs (calorie counts, valuations, prices, scores, summaries) are AI-generated estimates and may be wrong. Verify anything important before relying on it.
Connecting Google, your bank, retailers or marketplaces is subject to their terms. We're not responsible for third-party services.
Paid plans: Plus £19.99/month or £199/year, and Pro £39.99/month or £399/year. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial (no payment taken until it ends). Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel any time from Manage subscription; cancellation stops future renewals. UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off right; statutory rights are unaffected.
You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a licence to process it to run the service. You're responsible for listings/content you publish.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on app information. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Zaqii's health features are for information and self-organisation only. They are not medical advice and do not diagnose. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 999/111.
Financial
Money, debt, car-finance and budgeting features are information only and not financial, debt, tax or investment advice, and not a financial promotion. We are not regulated to give financial advice. For debt or financial difficulty, seek a regulated adviser (e.g. MoneyHelper, Citizens Advice, StepChange). Open-banking data is read-only via a regulated provider; we never move your money.
AI
Many features use AI. Outputs are estimates and may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying and for any action you take.
Legal/Admin
Guidance on fines, CCJs, disputes or forms is general information, not legal advice.
You agree not to: break the law; upload harmful, infringing or fraudulent content; list prohibited items for sale; attempt to access others' data; reverse-engineer or attack the service; or use it to harass others. We may remove content and suspend accounts for breaches.
